Inspired by the 100th anniversary of The Rite of Spring, with original music by award-winning composer, Austin Wintory, together Hutter and Wintory draw on the themes of the original rite and focus on the sacrifice of the individual to the group mentality – turning the idiosyncratic melodies and off-beat rhythms of the score into a wall of sound overpowered by a monstrous, mechanical beat. Much like contemporary dance meets "Hunger Games", it is not always clear who is the victor, leader or prey in the group.
