First Look

First Look

"The Unseen Hours…a salon series" is a celebration of the intimate moments that unfold throughout the creation of a new work featuring the processes of Myles Lavallee, Spenser Theberge and LACDC’s artistic director Jamila Glass.

We invite you to spend a few of your afternoons in the studio with us through First Look, a unique opportunity to peek into the process with a series of open rehearsals occurring throughout our Spring residency.  Watch the Collaborators rehearsing material on the Artists and delve deeper into the creative process.  Witness firsthand the beauty that lies beneath the surface in a fly on the wall atmosphere. Check out our FAQ Sheet for more details.
