Energetic Release Class Description:
Energetic Release is a high energy, physical floor-work class. It focuses on using our internal energy and momentum to fly and fall in and out of the floor. The class teaches us how to use gravity to our benefit, and incorporates different tools from release technique and martial arts. Throughout the class, we slowly build our way from floor basics to advance floor-work “tricks.”
