Take Class at Any Time
This all levels class begins with a guided improvisational warm-up followed by a phrase that focuses on using movement to release emotionally.
Featured Music (and Tess' favorite song at the moment): Christine and the Queens - "People, I've been sad"
This movement class begins with a warm-up and includes four exercises to explore different ways to move and groove.
Recommended for ages 3 and up and anyone who likes to shake it.

In this intermediate class, former artistic director Genevieve Carson teaches a section of "EBBA" an acclaimed work that premiered in Los Angeles in 2016 and has since been performed internationally, including New Zealand and Argentina.
"EBBA" is an exploration of the depth and layers that exist within the female psyche and the female identity. **Professors are welcome to use this for their online classes.
Contemporary Modern with JM
This intermediate-advanced class begins with a warm-up inspired by Horton & Luigi techniques, followed by a light guided improvisation, and a phrase that focuses on figuring out how to move in small spaces while also expanding in those confined spaces.

This intermediate-advanced class begins with a warm-up flow followed by a phrase that focuses on challenging the brain by doing the same movement on both sides of the body.

These online Community Classes are FREE. If you are able, please consider making a donation of any amount to the LACDC Artist's Fund.
All donations to the Artist’s Fund will go directly to LACDC company dancer’s pay and the fees of collaborators including choreographers, educators, designers, composers, and other members of the creative process. In times of dire need, the Artist’s Fund can be utilized by our network of artists as a resource for financial support.
Your contribution to the Artist’s Fund, no matter the amount or frequency, will provide the needed designated support to sustain artistic quality and collaboration year round.
