June 2010 MADE IN L.A. Choreographer: Kate Hutter Tickets: TBA LACDC returns to the Ford Amphitheatre for their 2010 Summer Partnership Program. Join us for a night of dance under the stars in a double bill with BODYTRAFFIC. LACDC will perform an excerpt of the new work "Gods and Marionettes", developed and created collaboratively with theatre director, David Bridel, internationally-known a cappella music group Sonos and choreographer Kate Hutter.
July 2010 2nd Annual Summer Intensive Get ready for LACDC's 2nd Annual Summer Intensive! Last year's intensive welcomed students from across the USA, Australia, England, Japan, & Argentina. This year's pre-professional and professional program includes classes in contemporary modern and jazz technique, improvisation, composition, body conditioning and the opportunity to develop new work and learn LACDC repertory with Artistic Director, Kate Hutter, and LACDC company members. Only 50 spaces available. Watch footage from last year's summer intensive.

PAST EVENTS (2010) January 2010 LMU Annual Children's Concerts Choreographer: Kate Hutter Dancers: Genevieve Carson, Deven Fulton, Andrea Sobke, & Melissa Schade Tickets: FREE! Members of the Loyola Marymount University Music Department perform music suitable for all ages. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend this performance of music, dance, and visual excitement. LACDC will be accompanied by a live performance of George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" in a piece based on the story of a mad scientist and his dancing robots.
