Come join Artistic Director Kate Hutter, LACDC company members, and L.A.’s top contemporary artists for advanced classes in contemporary modern and jazz technique, improvisation, composition, and body conditioning.

NEW THIS YEAR! IMPROVISATION WORKSHOP
We will be offering a special Improvisation Workshop with Kate Hutter and Kevin Williamson where a select group of 8 students will work together to develop a long-form improvisation to be performed at the closing showcase. The workshops will be held daily from 2:30 - 4pm as part of the summer intensive and all students must be registered for the full two week program. Information on how to apply for this opportunity is included in the registration form.

1 week (7/23 - 7/27): $200 ($250 after April 1)
2 weeks (7/23 -8/3): $300 ($350 after April 1)
LACDC’s Summer Intensive is an advanced/pre-professional program and is offered to dancers 18 years of age and older. There is no audition for the intensive, but it is required that you have at least 3 years of intensive training in Ballet, Modern and/or Jazz as the classes are rigorous and move quickly.
AUDITION:
Saturday, July 28 from 10am - 2pm
Callbacks: Monday, July 30 from 10am - 2pm.
